Bristol Pictures was founded in 2015 by filmmaker Gregory Caruso. While some of our earlier documentaries explore subjects within a more contemporary space, most of our narrative work is heavily inspired by films from Postwar Hollywood (1946-1962) and the Revolutionary and Reactionary Years to follow (1963-1976). Bristol is committed to aesthetic quality and innovation, and the exploration of how stories from the past relate to and give context to the current moment.
